Because our products may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping times can vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, destination, carrier capacity, customs procedures, and other circumstances.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation.

Our normal processing time is approximately:

3. DROPSHIPPING / THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

We may use third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to manufacture, source, package, and/or ship products ordered through our Store.

This means your package may be shipped directly from a fulfillment partner rather than from our own physical location.

The use of a third-party fulfillment provider does not change your purchase relationship with our Store.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by email or through our website after the order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after shipment.

If tracking does not immediately show movement, please allow reasonable time for the carrier's system to update.

6. FAILED DELIVERY

  • The customer failed to respond to the carrier

  • The customer failed to collect the shipment

  • The carrier could not access the delivery location

additional shipping charges may apply where permitted.

Any refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please document the condition of the package and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Some orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled separately.

As a result, products from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not necessarily receive every item in one shipment.
